In punching – especially with continuous operation of automated punching lines or rotary punching machines – high tool wear, material adhesion, and reduced cutting quality occur without targeted lubrication. Traditional flood lubrication or manual lubrication are inefficient, cause contamination, and are often not suitable for modern high-speed processes. A flexible, precise, and clean solution for lubricating the belt material as well as the tools is required.
