Aluminum tends to adhere to the tool edge during sawing, which leads to built-up cutting edges, poor cutting quality, and increased friction. Without targeted lubrication, the tool can overheat quickly, especially when machining large blocks or hot sawing directly in extrusion lines. This leads to reduced tool life, surface defects, and extended machining times.
